"I had been really struggling with sharp pains in my right hamstring. After a month of
trying to push through it, that same pain developed in my left hamstring. This was when
I decided it was time to go talk to Jamie. I wish I had gone to Jamie sooner, as he

routines to keep the pain away, I was able to return to the field without a doubt in my
