We're devoted to you reaching your peak!
We are a locally-owned private practice group that is located in Orange, VA. We owned and operated a clinic for over 13 years in Charlottesville, Va. After we left private practice, we missed the connection with community. We learned that there is a difference between words and action. Larger companies seem to be great at promises, but poor at delivery. We intend to recommit our resources to helping the patients and communities we serve.
Our private practice business model is unique. It is patient, community and therapist centric, meaning we focus our energy on you and our impact on the community and education of our therapists. As such, we are different than a large company and we do not have layers of employees or investors. Our focus is squarely on creating an environment which promotes relationships between patients, employees and the community in which we serve.
James graduated Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 with an honors degree in Exercise Science. He remained at SUNY Buffalo for his physical therapy degree graduating Cum Laude in 1998. He has worked with professional and Olympic athletes, but found his passion through working with the general public. James and his wife of 20 years began Pantops Physical Therapy in 2005 to help serve the Charlottesville community. Together, they grew the business never losing sight of the importance of relationships and community. James consistently won the “Best Bedside Manner” award and the clinic was voted best physical therapy practice every year the award was issued. While raising their two children, James and Jennifer decided to sell the business in 2017 and focus on their family. James loves teaching and was an active educator for Olli and has taught dizziness and balance courses to his peers. Pinnacle Physical Therapy is the next step in his career and he hopes to bring exceptional care and compassion to Orange, Va.
